Unexpected Hope
Many Christians seem to think God is going to reward all the self-controlled but angry Elder Sisters – and then punish all those bad Prodigals. That heartless thinking is not part of God’s redemptive plan. Yes, people have to believe in Jesus, but we’ve totally underestimated the power of God’s Truth to suddenly shake loose our status-quo.
The Battle of the Sexes will hit world-wide conflict level, and in the midst of the ensuing existential crisis, there will be unexpected redemption. Messed-up people, who were given up as hopeless, will encounter Truth – and all heaven will break loose. Life will change in the ultimate game-changer. The Prodigals will come home.
Then God will talk to the Elder Sisters and a time of super-intense learning will begin. Elder Sisters will begin to face their hidden opposition, unforgiveness, and unbelief – and awaken into embracing God’s Truth as never before.
Both Prodigals and Elder Sisters/Brothers will be saved, but the road will be rocky. Fasten your seatbelt.
The World Crisis Will Bring Intense Learning
God fully understands the nature of our problems. He will use the world’s crisis to help all of us resolve our own inner conflicts and set us entirely free from our entanglements and hidden opposition. God’s plan is profoundly more comprehensive than we imagined.
The world will discover the terrible extent of the battle of the sexes. The end-times will finally convince people of humanity’s desperate need for wholeness in Christ. Scripture states that in our affliction we will pursue God as never before.
People will also discover the glorious extent of Christ’s solution. Trusting and resting in wholeness in Christ is the only thing that can resolve the Battle of the Sexes in our hearts. That time of intense seeking, along with humble and honest learning, will bring us to wholehearted acceptance of all of Christ. That will culminate in the victorious life Christ promised – and the Resurrection!
Why is This Shocking? A Vastly Different But Scriptural Perspective
A watered-down gospel has failed to set us free. Trapped in strife and envy, a multitude are “carnal Christians” struggling to merely control their loveless reactions to difficult people. Marriage vows to love and honor are often trampled underfoot when real disagreement occurs, and the suffering increases.
Every Christian would agree we desperately need all of Christ, and all that Christ accomplished. But Jesus Christ accomplished so much more than most people realize! Wholeness/Oneness in Christ is the only way to resolve the divided heart, but humanity is generally not ready for that. The divided heart’s “resistance factor” against wholeness is formidable.
Scripture prophecy indicates that humanity will continue to underestimate, reject, and ignore the significance of this vital aspect of Christ until the Day of the Lord. At that time, the problem will become obvious. The crisis will serve to drastically amplify our heart’s hunger for authentic answers.
The Big Question
Where will you be standing when all this happens? With the messed-up Prodigals? With the self-righteous Elder Sisters? Or will you be with the Stewards who stand with the Father, pouring out love and restoration for both sides?
